Here are the nose reduction exercises for every problematic nose type that you can practice yourself at home…
NOSE REDUCTION EXERCISES
You should massage with the middle finger of both hands from the upper part of your nose to the area where your eyebrow area starts. On average, you can do 5 minutes in the morning and evening.
In another exercise, close the nostrils. With your thumb, first close your right nostril, breathe through your left nostril and wait for 5 seconds and release. Do the same for 5 seconds by closing your left nostril. You should apply 5 times in the morning and evening for both nostrils.
Place your index and middle finger on the sides of your nose as in the picture and stretch your lips forward and stretch your fingers towards the cheekbone. Be sure to perform our 3rd movement in the morning and evening for 3 minutes.
Gently pull your nose skin upwards with the tip of your index and thumb. While doing this, apply light pressure and repeat for 5 minutes in the morning and evening. Massage by pulling the upper vertex of your nose with your thumb and index finger. 2 – 3 minutes in the morning and evening massage is sufficient. Although it is not represented as movement, putting ice is very useful. It provides prevention of bruising and swelling in the nose area after nasal exercise. Avoid flushing and bruising if the result is still visible.
NOSE THINNING EXERCISES
Apply some oil to your hands and eat well. Massage slowly with oily fingers starting from the top of your nose and applying circular movements. This movement will help thinning and shaping the cartilage. You should do this by applying very little pressure on the cartilage, light touches are sufficient to avoid damaging your nose.
Using your finger, plug your right nostril and breathe through the left side and hold your breath by counting up to 5. Repeat this movement by giving your entire breath after 1 second. Then plug your other nostril and do the same in reverse order. Perform this exercise for a total of 15 minutes from 7.5 minutes in your two nostrils.
NOSE TRIMMING EXERCISE
Secure your nose with two fingers of one hand. With one finger of the other hand, push the tip of the nose backwards. When your mouth is closed, act as if you are swallowing. Repeat 20 to 30 times daily.
NOSE SMOOTHEN EXERCISE
All you have to do is smile and then move the nose upwards with the help of the muscles inside the nose. (20 – 30 sets per day is enough.)
NOSE SHORTING EXERCISE
This exercise can help reduce the rate of deterioration of nasal cartilage over time. Secure it to your nose with two fingers of one hand. Place your index finger on the tip of the nose and gently press up and release. Stabilize your breath while doing the exercise and 35 sets of this exercise 2 times a day is enough.
